Definitions<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Client:<\/strong> the party requesting services from MINDED FACTORY.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Hold:<\/strong> a reserved date or resource (crew, location, equipment, studio, post suite) blocked for a project.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Incurred costs:<\/strong> expenses already committed or paid (including deposits, cancellation fees from third parties, and internal labour).<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Service period:<\/strong> pre-production, production (shoot), and post-production phases.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"notice\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>2. Cancellation notice<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Cancellations must be communicated <strong>in writing<\/strong> to <strong>barcelona@mindedfactory.com<\/strong>. The effective time of cancellation is the time the notice is received.\n    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"mf-callout\">\n      <strong>Practical rule:<\/strong> if dates are held and suppliers are booked, cancellation triggers cost recovery (see below).\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"charges\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>3. Cancellation charges & cost recovery<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      If a project is cancelled after planning has started, the Client remains responsible for <strong>all incurred costs<\/strong> and, where applicable, additional cancellation charges due to the reservation of time and resources.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-accordion\">\n      <details open>\n        <summary>3.1 Incurred costs (always chargeable)<\/summary>\n        <div class=\"mf-acc-body\">\n          <ul>\n            <li>Third-party deposits and fees (crew, locations, equipment rental, studios, permits, travel).<\/li>\n            <li>Pre-production labour already performed (planning, scheduling, casting\/crewing, recce, budgeting).<\/li>\n            <li>Non-refundable purchases made for the project (props, materials).<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/details>\n\n      <details>\n        <summary>3.2 Hold fees & late cancellation<\/summary>\n        <div class=\"mf-acc-body\">\n          <p>\n            Where MINDED FACTORY has reserved time or resources (including internal teams and third-party suppliers), cancellations close to the scheduled service period may result in additional charges reflecting lost availability and supplier cancellation fees.\n          <\/p>\n          <p class=\"mf-muted\">\n            Exact amounts depend on the project schedule, supplier terms, and time remaining before shoot\/post dates. Where possible, MINDED FACTORY will provide a breakdown.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/details>\n\n      <details>\n        <summary>3.3 Minimum billing for confirmed bookings<\/summary>\n        <div class=\"mf-acc-body\">\n          <p>\n            If a booking was confirmed in writing and MINDED FACTORY has begun allocating resources, a minimum billing may apply even if the project does not proceed, to cover planning and reserved capacity.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/details>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"postponement\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>4. Postponements & rescheduling<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Postponements are not cancellations by default, but they may be treated as such if suppliers cannot transfer bookings or if new dates require rebooking. Incurred costs remain chargeable. Where feasible, MINDED FACTORY will attempt to transfer reservations to new dates.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"scopechange\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>5. Scope changes<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      If the Client changes scope (deliverables, shoot days, locations, talent, post requirements) after resources have been secured, the change may generate additional costs and\/or be treated as a partial cancellation. MINDED FACTORY will confirm impacts in writing.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"force\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>6. Force majeure<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, governmental restrictions, strikes, major technical failures). In force majeure situations, incurred costs remain chargeable, and both parties will seek a reasonable rescheduling solution where possible.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"refunds\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>7. Refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Refunds, if any, are limited to amounts paid by the Client that exceed incurred costs and non-refundable commitments.
