Max Duncan
Max Duncan is our award-winning British filmmaker, journalist and cinematographer who produces documentaries, reports, interactive and creative short film projects around the world, with a particular focus on Asia. His work has been featured by media including the Guardian, New York Times, BBC, VICE and Al Jazeera, as well as non-media clients including Nike and Tate. His work, which concentrates on social issues and the arts, offers a window into the lives of people often far removed from mainstream Western audiences, and has received World Press Photo, Webby and One World Media awards, and been exhibited at the Tate Modern gallery. He is a Pulitzer Centre grantee and a member of the Frontline Freelance Register. When he’s not filming something, he can be found up a mountain, drawing or trying to perfect his Chinese or Spanish.
